Synopsis
Santa Felicia Island is a Guided Missile Base isolated by the strict regulations of military security. Here are gathered the theorists and technicians who will build tomorrow's weapon. Within days, or perhaps hours, the international arms race may be decided by what these men accomplish. But something is seriously wrong.
A simple scientific demonstration produces an "impossible" result.
A strange tremor passes over the island, and Time itself is suspended for a moment. Two creatures penetrate the island's defences--a man and a woman both more powerful and more gentle than ordinary humans.
