Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award

Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award

The Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award is an award given by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. It is awarded semi-annually to a living author for lifetime achievement in science fiction and/or fantasy. Officially, it is not a Nebula Award though it is awarded at the Nebula ceremony. It was originally known as the Grand Master Award, but in 2002 it was renamed in honor of the late Damon Knight, a founder of the SFWA.
