I ran across a kindle version on Amazon for a collection of two short stories by George Alec Effinger (https://www.amazon.com/Aliens-Knew-Mean-Everything-Target-ebook/dp/B00J2IKAQ0/). The first one is already in the database: The Aliens Who Knew, I Mean, Everything, but the second one is not listed: Target: Berlin!
