The Girl With All the Gifts

The story itself is a rollercoaster but the delivery is sometimes a bit awkward. There are moments when you're reading very technical stuff and other moments have an almost light humorous touch. Sometimes that felt a bit forced to me. But as I said the story in itself is too much fun to put down, it's a compelling read with a satisfying end (although not quite what I expected).
