Judge Dee and the Limits of the Law

This was my favorite short story I've read for the Tor short story challenge I'm doing so far. It was just a sweet little story. The juxtaposition of the characters of the judge and his human sidekick reminds me of older movies that I love. I was quite excited to see the author made it a series although I wish there was a full-length novel... I love adding laws and justice into the equation of vampires. Nice little twist added in at the end, fun times.
