I've been a big fan of the numerous other works I've read by this author, but this one felt rather flat to me; I think largely because the other protagonists have had some conscience and heart, and this one has absolutely none. This novella has the author's usual cleverness and surprise ending twist, and readers who've enjoyed Parker's other works will probably enjoy this one.
