Overall disappointing and boring end to the trilogy. It started off brilliantly with Ancillary Justice -- Leckie's ideas were so original and her take on space opera was very refreshing. The ship who became and individual (Breq) vs. the monarch who literally lost her individuality (Anaander). But the subsequent books just stagnated, never living up to the potential built up in the first book. The conclusion felt rushed and phony.
In retrospect, it may have been better if Leckie had just made the 1st book a little bit longer (but without so much tea drinking).
