This book shows up three times on controuble's Books Read This Year: 2016 Challenge from last year.

No idea how that happened but I've removed the extras so she's good to go now.

How she actually got that to happen, I'm not sure. I suspect maybe having the same selection open in multiple tabs (we've seen wacky results from that before). However I am a little embarrassed to admit that I didn't enforce uniqueness on [reading challenge], [member], [book selected] in that table in the database.
